Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
⚠️ Please Note: To claim an exchange for damages or incorrect items, a parcel opening video is mandatory. This video must show the parcel being opened for the first time. Without this video, we will not be able to address any issues or process an exchange.
Returns & Refunds
Final Sale: We do not offer returns or monetary refunds once a purchase is made.
Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Size Exchanges (Fresh Collection Only)
We offer size exchanges exclusively for our Fresh Collection. To be eligible:
Notification: You must inform us of size issues within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, neatly folded, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeline: The exchange parcel must be dispatched back to us within 3 business days of approval.
Limit: An item can only be exchanged once.
How to Start an Exchange
Contact us at support@pastelshades.in to initiate the request.
Once approved, courier the parcel to the address below.
Important: Ensure the sender's Full Name and Phone Number are clearly mentioned on the package.

Out of Stock Policy
If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a Credit Note. This note is valid for 3 months and can be used to purchase any item of equal or higher value.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pastelshades.in with your unboxing video so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
