1. Processing Time
We know you're excited to receive your order! That’s why we commit to shipping all parcels within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
2. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak festive seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 on all prepaid orders.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹4999.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS. You can use this link to track your parcel's journey in real-time.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure your contact number is reachable and the address provided is complete to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
6. Damaged Parcels
If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@pastelshades.in with your order number.
